Our estimated despatch time is shown on each product page. Where products are shown as "In Stock" we normally despatch them between 1-3 working days after your order date. When products are shown as "Stock Out" we show our best estimate of how long it will be before we can despatch the product. If for any reason we're not able to get your items despatched within the estimated time, we will email you to let you know.

Charges are based on the value of the items in your basket and are shown below to the left. You will normally receive your items within 5 working days of despatch. If you haven't received your items within 2 weeks, please contact us for a replacement order.

Delivery to North East part of India
Deliveries to cities/towns in North East part of India are normally charged at Rs.280 per order but certain shipments may be more expensive. If that is the case, a Customer Services advisor will contact you before shipping the order. If you haven't received your items within 2 weeks, please contact us to arrange a replacement order. Only items that are "In Stock" are eligible for Next Day shipment schedule.
Orders placed before 9pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered by 9pm on the next 4th working day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the 5th working day after you place your order. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed anytime on Friday, Saturday or before 12:00pm on Sundays will be delivered by 4th working day.

Cancellations & Returns
PW’s - 4 day return policy if:
1) If there is any manufacturing defect which is not functional of that particular part, spares or product.
2) If you have received product in a damaged condition; in this case you need to inform us about the condition within 24 hours of receipt of your order by you.
The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
1) Damages due to misuse of product/Spares
2) Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product/Spares
3) Any consumable item which has been used/installed/unpacked
4) ProductsCaliwith tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers/barcode
5) Digital products/services
6) Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
7) Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered

Please contact Customer Care using email email@example.com to cancel your order. Please note ₹100 for product up to 500/-order value and Rs.250/- for product above 500/ order value as return fee will be deducted per order from your refund amount.
Want to return the items after receiving the order?
